The location is excellent, close to the city center and within walking distance of most attractions. The hotel has good facilities, including secure parking at a decent price. The staff, especially the guy at reception, was kind and spoke English well.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its central location, opposite the Ministry of Finance, provides easy access to the historical center of Sofia. The rooms, although not renovated or clean, offer basic amenities and come with a balcony that provides a fantastic view of the city.
The hotel could improve its cleanliness and renovation.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.
The furniture and interior design were old-fashioned and gave a feeling of being stuck in a bygone era.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, making it easy to access all the main spots in town. It is not far from Sofia's center and museums, allowing me to explore the city with ease. it is close to all the places I wanted to go to, making it the perfect location for my stay.
The beds in some rooms were not equally comfortable, which was a bit disappointing.
